Among Juan Carlos' responsibilities is the management of the teams in his area, contacts and relationships with local healthcare authorities, referral hospitals, and in general the development of the business and operations in the region.
Juan Carlos is an Industrial Engineer with training complemented by several masters in Business Management, Risk Prevention and Safety. He has developed his career basically in the Clece group - previously Ferrovial - as External Services Manager for various hospitals in the Valencian community, especially at Hospital de la Fé.
Juan Carlos joined Diaverum in 2019, and helped to open all the new clinics in the Valencia region, in total 13 new clinics and 3 relocations. In February 2021, he and his team in the area achieved the challenge to open 8 new clinics in the same week.
During this time he has always stood out for his commitment, achieving great financial results, and demonstrating his leadership and teamwork skills. His ability to take on new challenges, his clear goal orientation and his great performance will help consolidate Diaverum's position in Valencia Region and Murcia.
