Dr. Shaira Martínez has held the responsabilities of Spain's Country Medical Director since 1 January 2021. Before this position, she was acting as Regional Medical Coordinator Levante and Medical Director Alicante and Murcia. She has a broad experience in dialysis.
Among her responsibilities is ensuring the best medical and nursing standards for our patients.
Dr. Martínez started to work for Diaverum in 2016 at Caravaca clinic as medical director. She then had her role expanded to include new clinics in the province of Alicante, supporting the integration of four clinics, and managing and leading the medical team towards achieving excellence in our standards.
